Robert Milanese, the founding Director is a Chartered Accountant. He became a partner of a larger Accounting firm in 2011, so he has lived the life of a business owner for a number of years. In December 2017, Milanese and Co Accountants was formed.
We are backed by a passionate, energetic team of experienced staff that put our clients first. Our staff with experiences in having their own families, rental properties, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds and running their own businesses know firsthand the opportunities and challenges that can arise in life. We have a staff member with a number of years experience and knowledge from a city based firm, but has the ability to provide a country service approach. We have another staff member who has grown up on a family farm and is currently personally going through the succession process. Our personal experiences make it possible for us to understand issues from the clients perspective. Our continual professional development allows us to ensure we are providing our clients with the correct technical advice on what they need. Another point of difference we focus on is providing specific team members to our clients so they know who they are dealing with consistently rather than someone different each time. Today, we service clients from all over this amazing country including locally in our Gawler, Barossa and regional communities, greater Adelaide and interstate. Location doesn’t limit us being able to have a positive impact on the business community throughout Australia with more clients outside of our direct area realising the impact our different approach can have on their lives. We specialise in small to medium sized private businesses, agribusiness, healthcare, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds and anyone who is passionate about reaching their goals. We look to understand where our clients want to go and help them get there. By regularly meeting and talking to our clients we have a greater understanding of how they are tracking and what needs to be done to reach their goals, whether it be more wealth, more time with the family or more downtime to do the things you love to do.
